We charge a flat postage & packaging fee of £4 for all UK orders. Orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked48.

For international orders, please drop us a message and we’ll send you exact shipping costs.

All our pieces are machine washable at 30°.

To keep your items looking tip top, we recommend you don’t wash them *too* often, and please skip the tumble dryer and the iron!

Great question - all our base items have been preowned. We take them and give them a serious glow up!

We only use quality base items (no Shein in sight!) that are in good condition. Whilst some general signs of wear and tear should be expected, any notable flaws will be mentioned on an item’s product page.

Every Sage & Friends piece is one-of-a-kind, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
